Section 127
Understanding Evidence
(1) On the day fixed for hearing the evidence, unless otherwise ordered by the court, first the plaintiff's witness and then the defendant's witness shall be heard under the law of evidence.
(2) If any evidence presented by a party or any matter left by a witness is not admissible as evidence or should not be taken as evidence or is an irrelevant matter, if the other party immediately raises any objection, the judge shall give an immediate decision as to whether such objection is reasonable or not.
(3) The court shall not permit any party to introduce evidence inconsistent with the case.
